James agreed to a three-year, $100 million contract with the Cavs, according to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst. James said he “can’t wait to get the group back together” in a video for Bleacher Report’s “Uninterrupted.”

Windhorst reports James’ new deal will make him the highest-paid player in the league this season at $31 million, and James will make more than $33 million in 2017-18, the highest single-season salary in NBA history.
The Cavs’ next order of business will be re-signing J.R. Smith. In regards to a new deal for Smith, James says, “Let’s get J.R. done. It’s that time.”
